INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION WORKSHOP

This workshop introduces several methods of meditation over the span of two (2) days, depending on the class or student's schedule.  If you are interested in learning about meditation or would like to a host a meditation workshop at your institution, please contact Brie about pricing and scheduling.  Please note a one-day meditation workshop is available if there are unavoidable schedule constraints.


The Introduction to Meditation program includes these five (5) meditation practices:  eating, mantra, visual, walking, and Zen.

AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP - "Perfect Health"

Brie is a Chopra Center University Certified Instructor for the Perfect Health program developed by Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D. Students will learn a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic practices designed to balance the body and mind, enhance nutrition, reduce emotional turbulence and re-awaken the senses.


The Perfect Health program's five classes can be taught in a minimum of three full days:

  1. Session One: An introduction to the basic principles of Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga as well as the three primary mind-body personalities: vata, pitta, and kapha.
  2. Session Two: Learning how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body personality.  These nutritional practices will help you maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight, and optimized digestion.
  3. Session Three: Learning to perpetually renew yourself each day by recognizing and eliminating toxins and by performing gentle rejuvenating techniques.
  4. Session Four: Learning tools to practice conscious communication to enhance your relationships and help you achieve emotional freedom.
  5. Session Five: Learning how to use your senses to access the power of your body’s inner pharmacy to heal, nourish, and maintain balance.

This Ayurvedic Lifestyle wellness program covers five sessions that can be scheduled over various days throughout a span of time that is convenient for your school, as it is not crucial these sessions are taught in daily succession.  Location of your yoga school or institution is not a constraint, as Brie can travel to you.  Travel costs are not included in workshop pricing.  Please
